Sale Contract / Purchase Agreement

 Elk Creek Bull Mastiffs guarantees the puppy for one year against congenital defects.  Your  puppy will arrive up to date on shots and worming.  Your puppy will have a veterinarian health certificate.

In purchasing a puppy from Elk Creek Bull Mastiffs I agree to the following:

I will provide a loving caring environment. This puppy will receive vet care and good nutrition.

He or She will not be kept on a chain.

I have not and will not ever participate in dog fighting.

I agree this puppy will be spayed or neutered.

If a problem should arise involving the health of the puppy Elk Creek Bull Mastiffs will Be 

notified within 72 hrs.

Elk Creek Bull Mastiffs is obligated to refund only up to the purchase price of the puppy.

For a refund to be given a life threatening or impairing disabling condition CONGENITAL in origin must exist.

Congenital issues would include hip dysplasia or heart defect, or a condition determined to be 

congenital by two separate veterinarians.

 Repairable concerns such as entropian eyelid will not be considered life threatening, only a partial refund would be allowed.

 We will replace a puppy with one of equal value for health reasons. For a replacement puppy the purchased puppy must be returned to us. Shipment on returned puppy must be paid by the owner thru our shipper.

AKC papers must also be returned.

In the case of the death of a puppy an autopsy report must be provided.

The autopsy report must be signed by a licensed veterinarian stating cause of death to be Congenital Defect.

 The owner accepts responsibility for vet bills and health maintenance.

Any legal action will/must take place in Texas County Missouri.
